Ayurvedic Medicine Course

The Ayurvedic Medicine course involves

learning about Ayurvedic medicine from the background history to

the everyday application of it

 

It involves practical learnings for you, your health and

you can then take these learnings with you to help your family and friends

It is taught by an experienced and practising Ayurvedic Practitioner who

studied and learnt from one of the top Indian Ayurvedic Gurus

This course is approx. 8hrs (depending on the questions and game time) and

vary in-depth, concentrating on the most important take away information that

you can use straight away for yourself, your loved ones, friends and colleagues

  • Prakruti: Body Type / Constitution

  • Working out your Prakriti

 

Overview of Lesson 4: Eight Fold Examination

  • The Eight Fold Examination, in particular:

  • Sabda: Sound

  • Akriti: Facial Expression including lips and nails

  • Netra: Eye

  • Nadi: Pulse

 

Overview of Lesson 5: Imbalance and Balancing Doshas

  • Jiwha: Tongue Examination and Diagnosis

These are interactive classes with lots of

practice, readings, meditation and games

 

This course can be provided individually or to a group of 4

(and therefore the cost will be split between the group)

 

This course can be provided online or face-to-face depending on location
